Returns with Zeikra are available within 24 hours of receiving your order, based on the following conditions:

Return Conditions:
1. The product must be defective or there must be an error on Zeikra's part. In this case, Zeikra will cover all costs, including shipping the new product as per the original order.
2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with complete packaging and box.
3. Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery charges are paid to the shipping company and cannot be refunded.
6. Any product that has been modified or customized cannot be returned or exchanged, whether by our request or the customer’s.
7. For international returns, if there are defects or errors, the customer will be compensated.
